Solar Energy, Inc. (solarenergy.com) will keep your personal information private.  We do not sell any customer information to third-party entities.  But in order to connect with one of our dealers we will rely on contact information that is provided on an opt-in basis, so one of our independent solar dealers may reach you.

Return Policy: 

Any merchandise returned to Solar Energy, Inc. must be with a return authorization (RA) number and clearly marked on the package. We will credit the full purchase price of all normally stocked items returned in new condition, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking charge on merchandise returned after 30 days and before 90 days. 90 days from original purchase, item is not eligible for return credit. Merchandise received in non-salable condition or special-order items may not be returned for credit. All merchandise returned shall be freight-prepaid and insured by customer.

Order & Shipping Policy:

Payment in full is required with order. Shipping and crating charges are additional. All payments by check are subject to a 10-day hold for clearing. In stock items usually ship within three business days, other items may require additional time, depending on availability. Should any product be damaged in shipment, customer is required to notify Solar Energy, Inc. within 10 days of receipt to coordinate return.
